POSSIBLE MOTTE NOTED ON A/P (BI1). FIELD VISIT: MOTTE UNLIKELY; PROBABLY A HOUSE & CROFT SITE FRONTING WENDOVER ROAD. SLIGHT TRACE OF OTHER EARTHWORKS VISIBLE IN FIELD TO N ADJACENT TO STREAM. NO POTTERY FOUND IN CLEARED BANK BY FORMER CHAPEL. WHOLE COULD ALSO BE DUMPING FROM POND EXCAVATION(BI2)
