Description

Dimensions - Length 3200m.
Plan Form - Linear.
Award of 1766 mentions ancient public bridle road from Water gate in N Field to Binwell Lane Farm, NW of Colwick (B1).
C16 map shows main road did not run straight to Waddesdon then; Bridle Road on C16 map marked 'Road to London' (B2).
The line is still evident, forming a shallow hollow 12m wide, 0.20m deep (B4).
