Description

THE MANOR FARM OF GREEN END PORTION IS AN ANCIENTBUILDING & STILL STANDS IN FIELD NR CENTRE OF VILL AGE KNOWN AS 'THE GREEN'(BI3). HOUSE REPLACED BY HOUSING ESTATE. MR S STRONG BELIEVES STOOD E AT 746170 BUT NAME 'GREEN END' IMPLIES IN VICINITY OF THE GREEN KNOWN TO HAVE BEEN CENTRED 739 166(BI4).
