NO TRACE ON GROUND; UNDER BARLEY ON A LOW SWELLING MARGINALLY ABOVE THAMES FLOOD PLAIN. NO FINDS MADE & NO ASSOCIATED EARTHWORKS VISIBLE ON GROUND OR AP. PLOTTED FROM ST JOSEPH AP (B1).

A ring ditch, about 17.0m diameter, at SU 83778490. There is no trace on the ground, it is under barley on a low swelling marginally above the Thames flood plain. No finds were made, and no associated earthworks are visible on the ground or the AP. Plotted from St Joseph AP. (B4)

The ring ditch referred to by the previous authorites is a Bronze Age round barrow, visible as cropmarks, abd has been mapped from aerial photographs. It is defined by a ring ditch with a diameter of 20m and is centred at SU 8381 8489. (Morph No. TG.505.1.1)
