Plan Form - CURVILINEAR
LINEAR FEATURE RUNNING E-W WHICH CROSSES RING DITCH 01:002. POSSIBLY GEOLOGICAL, OR A FIELD BOUNDARY OF FAIRLY RECENT ORIGIN (B5).
During the construction of the Eton College Rowing Lake and the Maidenhead, Eton and Windsor Flood Alleviation scheme, this site was evaluated and excavated by Oxford Archaeology (known as Area 6). The SE barrow was cut through by a post medieval ditch (B12).
