LIPSCOMB (DISCUSSING WINDMILLS IN HIS MS NOTES) ADDS THAT THERE IS NONE AT WINDMILL HILL FOR TIME IMMEMORIAL (B1).
WINDMILL HILL FARM IS MENTIONED IN AN INDENTURE IN 1631. WINDMILL HILL PLANTATION N OF FARM IS MOST LIKELY SITE BEING OVER THE 450FT MARK; IMMEDIATE SURROUNDINGS ARE A LITTLE UNDER (B2-3).
