Description

AREA OF VILLAGE SHRINKAGE, CENTRE AT NGR. CONSISTS OF SMALL COMPLEXES OF HOUSE PLATFORMS & HOLLOW WAYS (B3-4).
SURVEYED AT 1:2500 (B4).
BY 1987, EARTHWORKS IN FIELD OPPOSITE CHURCH ALMOST PLOUGHED OUT; THOSE ON W SIDE OF ROAD IN GOOD ORDER, AS THEY WERE UNDER GRASS (B5).

SP 641 121. Village shrinkage with house platforms and holloways. Also two large fishponds at SP 64151223 (B9, B10, B11, B12).
