FROG HALL KILN, AMERSHAM, BUILT 1783 (B11), IN KIRBY FAMILY UP TO 1978 (B11).
SURVEYS OF WORKS IN 1977 SHOWED SCOTCH KILN, MAKING SHEDS, PUG MILL (1932) AND PITS (B11).
PRINCIPAL PRODUCT TILES FOR BAKERS OVENS IN C19 UP TO 1953 (B7,B11), THEN BRICKS MAIN PRODUCT. CLOSED 1978 (SEE B8-12).
