The site of a former farmstead or settlement of medieval/post medieval date is visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as extant earthworks and was mapped as part of the Aylesbury Vale Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18604). Located at Aston Mullins House, Aston Mullins, and centred at SP 76640 08518. A small group of buildings at this location is visible on the Ordnance Surveyors’ Drawing from 1813-4 but is gone by the time of the Epoch 1 Ordnance Survey map. The earthworks are approximately 410m north west of the farmhouse at Aston Mullins House and appear to be possible boundary ditches and building platforms; they are clearly visible on lidar visualisations and cover an area of approximately 140x30m. Modern land use is pasture, possibly for horses. (3-6)
