4 SHERDS GRITTY POT,FOUND WITHIN 10M LENGTH OF DRAINAGE PIPE BACKFILL,BY K J WOOLLEY,E J BULL,E R K ENDRICK (BI1) (SEE ALSO CASS 02009)

Nine pieces of Roman tile and five sherds of gritty pot, either Medieval or Roman were found in digging a trench. Several Medieval sherds were found on ploughed fields in May 1974. (B2).
