WATERFILLED MOAT ON MAP, 1820 (B1).
OS 6IN MAP & APS (1961) SHOW RECTANGULAR ENCLOSURE (C40X30M); APPEARED TO HAVE WIDE OUTER DITCH. AP'S & SITE INVESTIGATION SHOWED THAT BY 1974 THE FEATURES HAD BEEN BADLY DAMAGED (B3).
VERY INDISTINCT, BUT STILL TRACEABLE; EXTENSIVELY PLOUGHED/BULLDOZED (B2).
