SW SIDE IS REVETTED IN LIMESTONE & IS C.2.5M HIGH. NO TRACE OF CONTINUAT-ION EITHER END. LIES ON SAXON & PRESENT PARISH BOUNDARY BUT PROBABLY NOT ANCIENT (B1). FEATURE CONFIRMED AS ONLY EXTANT REMAINS OF FORMAL DUTCH GARDENS OF WINCH-ENDON HOUSE (CAS 2027 ), SHOWN IN C18 TILLEMANS PAINTING (B2).
