Description

Dimensions - Width 40m, Length 200m.
Shown on OS 6in map (1874), is an enlargement of River Misbourne with elongated central ridge along half its length from S end. Dam, 10m wide, forms N side, penetrated by brick-lined sluice. Excavated earth spread out along long SW side. Further brick sluice at SE end. Bank continues along NE side (B1).
