Description

THAT PART OF PENN WHICH WAS SUBINFEUDATED IN 1222 TO STEPHEN DE SEGRAVE BECAME KNOWN AS SEGRAVES MANOR. IN 1607 IT WAS BOUGHT BY WILLIAM PENN & AFTERWARDS IT DESCENDED WITH PENN MANOR (CASS 0169). (MANORIAL HISTORY)(B1).
