Description
(SP81581379. Inn sited from authy.1 and OS 25" 1925.) The Rising Sun Inn and a cottage adjoining it at the South end, are each of two storeys, the upper storey partly in the roof, built of brick late in the C17th. The walls have been partly refaced, and two modern bay-windows added on the West front of the inn. here is also a modern addition at the rear. The roofs are tiled. Condition - Fairly
good (B1).
The inn does is not depicted on the OS 1250 map of 1972 (B2).
