Description

The earthwork remains of medieval ridge and furrow, tracks and boundaries visible on aerial photographs, extending across four modern fields to the north-east of Brill, east of Brill Common. These features were seen on aerial photographs taken by English Heritage in November 2006 as part of the Reconnaissance Recording project (1).
This record includes National Record of the Historic Environment Information provided by Historic England on 4 June 2025 licensed under the Open Government Licence (2).

Extent of ridge and furrow surviving and visible in 1995 vertical aerial photos mapped for English Heritage's Medieval Open Fields Project. The most extensive block was the four fields mentioned in source 1.
