Description

The earthwork remains of four small mounds, possibly stack stands or pillow mounds seen within fields of Medieval ridge and furrow centred as a group at SP 6905 2142 on aerial photographs taken in 2006 by English Heritage as part of the Reconnaissance Recording programme. The mounds are widely spread across four fields, located individually at SP 6905 2130, SP 6916 2138, SP 6929 2120 and SP 6900 2155 (1).
