Summary

Earthworks of a possible Medieval settlement and ridge and furrow visible in fields around Haddenham Low. The site is visible as a possible platform to the south-east of the present farm and houses which appears to be overlain by later ridge and furrow cultivation. These features are visible on aerial photographs taken by English Heritage in 2006 as part of the Reconnaissance Recording programme.

Description

Earthworks of a possible Medieval settlement and ridge and furrow visible in fields around Haddenham Low. The site is visible as a possible platform centred at SP 7535 1025 to the south-east of the present farm and houses which appears to be overlain by later ridge and furrow cultivation. These features are visible on aerial photographs taken by English Heritage in 2006 as part of the Reconnaissance Recording programme (1).
