Description
Cropmarks of the outlines of a number of dispersed buildings visible on aerial photographs to the south-east of Aspens Farm at SP 9146 1509 which are the traces of a satellite installation of RAF Cheddington a WW2 airfield located north-west of Marsworth. A group of surviving huts, hangars and concrete hardstandings can be seen to the NE of Aspens Farm. The curving road linking these to the lane to the SW is probably a contemporary wartime service road (10).
