Description

Cropmark of part of a possible later prehistoric or Roman ditched enclosure with an inturned entrance and cut through by a linear ditch or boundary, both visible at SP 8112 0119 at the NE edge of a large field and seen on aerial photographs taken in July 2010. The site probably continues in the adjacent field to the east. The linear ditch can be traced SW into the centre of the field where it meets a second possible boundary at 90 degrees. (1)
