Description

Faint cropmark of a possible later prehistoric or Roman double-ditched trackway visible on aerial photographs. It is centred at SU 8050 9879, aligned NW-SE, curving from the east round to the west where it appears to open out in the centre of the present field. There are faint parallel marks extending west from the trackway suggesting cultivation ridges, possibly medieval ridge and furrow (11).
