Description
Soilmark of part of a large oblong ditched enclosure, ditches and pits, possibly of later prehistoric date located at TQ 0183 9004. The remains were seen on aerial photographs taken in May 2009 when the site had been stripped of topsoil either for development or aggregates extraction. Just two sides of the enclosure are visible along with one curved corner. It is truncated by the M25 and therefore not possible to see the extent of the site (1).
