Description

A drainage ditch of probable post medieval date is visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as extant earthworks and was mapped as part of the Aylesbury Vale Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18604). Located west of the River Thame, east of the village of Chearsley, and centred at SP 72459 10536. The ditch is on the food plain of the river and runs parallel to the flow. (1-2)
