Description

A drainage ditch of probable post medieval date is visible on historic aerial photographs as earthworks and was mapped as part of the Aylesbury Vale Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18604). Located approximately 700m east of the shrunken settlement at Moreton Farm, Dinton-with-Ford and Upton, and centred at SP 79731 09573. This ditch is close to an area where coprolite workings have been recorded and may have been associated with this activity. Modern land use is arable and the ditch can no longer be seen. (1-2)
