Description

A network of drainage ditches of post medieval date is visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as extant earthworks and was mapped as part of the Aylesbury Vale Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18604). Located east of the deserted settlement at Moreton Farm, Dinton-with-Ford and Upton, and centred at SP 79329 09833. These ditches are on the flood plain of a watercourse, on the south side, and lead to two main ditches at the eastern end where the creation of a pond has removed the earthworks. (1-2)
