Description
A Neolithic polished flint axe now in the Reading Museum, and found in the River Thames near Bisham. (B1)
This axe could not be found amongst the collection of polished axes in Reading Musuem.
Siting not established. (B2)
Between Bisham and Marlow (Berks side). Ground dark greengrey stone, with edge and one face polished. Slight signs of wear. L 113mm W 52mm T 33mm Wt 280 gm. Bucks. County Museum (A5).
