Description

Part of a dug-out boat, probably Bronze Age, said to have contained a skull (or skeleton) was dredged from river bed below the Point, Great Marlow (SU 8586) in 1871 (B1).

The date of the find is confirmed but the location of the Point is not known. (B2)
