Description
At TQ 048/807, a 19th century Coal Duty Boundary Marker, located on the south side of the Slough arm of the Grand Union Canal, 100 yards east of the bridge over the Colne. This is a type 1, which is a granite obelisk about 4 feet high, with no plinth, bearing the arms of the City of London and an inscription [more information]. (1)
