Description

Chapel. Single storey and 3 bays. Red brick, gabled slate roof, with decorative ridge tiles and carved wooden barge boards to front gable. Tall windows in each bay, with moulded brick sills, cambered tops and 20-light metal-frames, 24-light in windows flanking the door. A small circular window near the apex of each gable has decorative metal frame. Date stone in gable above door reads 'Wesleyan 1889'. Marked as 'Methodist Chapel (Wes.)' on 1899 2nd edition OS map and 'W.M Chap' on 1923 edition 25-inch OS map (B1).
