Description
Ditches and a possible pond medieval/post medieval date are visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as extant earthworks and were mapped arable land use has revealed a subrectangular as part of the Aylesbury Vale Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18604). Located approximately 150m south of the moat at Elmbrook Farm, Great and Little Kimble cum Marsh and centred at SP 81389 09155. Weather conditions at the time the photographs were taken in 1948 show water filled ditches on the south side of a watercourse in a small pasture field and these earthworks are still visible on lidar visualisations.
