Description

Undated drainage or boundary ditch 2.26m wide, 0.46m deep, with gently sloping sides and rounded base, and aligned NW-SE identified during watching brief carried out by Foundation Archaeology from May to July 2017 on installation of a replacement watermain. The ditch contained two fills and appeared to have been recut. See report for detail. Exact location of ditch not recorded, NGR is approximate (B1).
