Description

Banks and ditches of probable medieval/post medieval date are visible on remote sensing data as extant earthworks and were mapped as part of the Aylesbury Vale Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18604). Located in Woodland on Aston Hill, Aston Clinton, and centred at SP 88751 10322. These earthworks are along the line of a trackway probably associated with chalk extraction pits to the east. They are along a modern road in the woodland. (1-2)
