Description

A wide hollow way medieval or post medieval date is visible on remote sensing data as extant earthworks and was mapped as part of the Aylesbury Vale Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18604). Located on Aston Hill, Aston Clinton, and centred at SP 88765 10254. The hollow way runs for approximately 260m in length and is 21m wide at its widest and runs along the former southern boundary of the woodland in 1945 but is completely within woodland on modern aerial photographs.
