Description

A trackway of possible medieval/post medieval date is visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as extant earthworks and was mapped as part of the Aylesbury Vale Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18604). Located at on the west side of Boddington Camp, Halton, and centred at SP 88161 08099. A narrow, sinuous trackway is visible on the west side of the ramparts of Boddington Camp, an Iron Age Hillfort (MBC4853). This trackway crosses two chalk pits and follows the contours of the scarp slope of the Chilterns. (1-2)
