Description

Medieval boundary and drainage ditches, pits and furrows identified during trial evaluation. The features indicate how excess water was managed. Several undated ditches were also identified (B1).
To the NW of St Mary's medieval activity was identified in Trench 33 including a 12m wide enclosure ditch (B2)
