Description

TOMB IN S TRANSEPT; USED AS ALTAR. SHOWS DEATHBED OF EDMUND WEST, 1618. HE RECLINES UNDER AN ARCH, A FLAMING URN AT HIS FEET, CURTAIN TO RIGHT, FIGURE OF DEATH ABOVE, WITH SPEAR. IS WORK OF EPIPHANIUS EVESHAM OF HEREFORDSHIRE (FURTHER DETAIL)(B9,B12).
