SCRAPER CONSISTING OF PEBBLE OF LIGHT GREYISH-BROWN CHERT, FROM STRATIFIED FLUVIATE GRAVEL 1.5M FROM GRASS-LEVEL IN ALMOND'S PIT. SPLIT BY THERMAL ACTION. ABRUPT RETOUCHES ALONG WHOLE LENGTH SUGGESTS ADVANCED CLACTON STYLE, ABUNDANT IN LOWER BOYN HILL DEPOSITS.(ILLUS & DESC)(B4).
