Description

Post-medieval drainage ditches and banks are visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as earthworks and were mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located on a meadow adjacent the River Great Ouse and centred at SP 66672 34170, sections of linear ditch up to 5 metres wide extends both NW-SE and SW-NE with four short parallel earthwork bank sections between 15 and 30 metres long and up to 3 metres wide aligned SW-NE (1-3).
