Description
A drainage ditch of probable post medieval date is visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as extant earthworks and was mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located , approximately 230m south of Upperend Farm, Thornborough, and centred at SP 74775 33258. This drainage ditch leads from an area of ridge and furrow earthworks towards a small watercourse which continues through the village of Thornborough. The ditch is still clearly visible on lidar visualisations. (1-3)
