Description

Drainage ditches and a pond of possible medieval and post medieval date are visible on historic aerial photographs as earthworks and were mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located approximately 320m south east of Bourton Grounds, Buckingham, and centred at SP 72859 32815. Modern arable land use has levelled all of these features. In 1946 they were part of an area of extensive ridge and furrow earthworks around Bourton Grounds. (1-2)
