Description

A curving bank of uncertain date and function is visible on remote sensing data as earthworks and was mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located within Oak Wood and centred at SP 91206 28808, an arc of bank between 2.5 and 13 metres wide is visible in three sections, extending for 200 metres WSW-S. It may be geological in origin. If not, its function and date is entirely uncertain (1).
