Description

A drainage ditch of post medieval/modern date is visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as extant earthworks and was mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located on the south side of the River Great Ouse, just north of The Twins, Thornborough, and centred at SP 72843 34758. The ditch is on the south side of the River Great Ouse, on the floodplain at the edge of ridge and furrow earthworks. (1-3)
