Description

A ring ditches of late prehistoric date is visible on historic aerial photographs as cropmarks and was mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located approximately 740m north east of Maids Moreton Mill, Maids Moreton, and centred at SP 72209 34947. The ring ditch is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs and measures approximately 24m in diameter. Lidar visualisations show very slight raised areas on the site of this ring ditch. (1-2)
