Description
Drainage ditches of probable post medieval date are visible on historic aerial photographs as earthworks, cropmarks and levelled earthworks, and were mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located approximately 230m south east of Stockholt Farm, Akeley, and centred at SP 70349 38235. Drainage ditch is visible crossing ridge and furrow earthworks to the south east of the farm; by 1968 the land use has change to arable and the earthworks ploughed level. (1-5)
