Description

Drainage ditches of probable medieval/post medieval date are visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as extant earthworks and were mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located at Church End, Leckhampstead, and centred at SP 73043 37923. Ridge and furrow earthworks are over areas of raised ground with these ditches around the outside of and across the earthworks between these and the River Leck. (1-3)
