Description

A former field boundary of medieval date is visible on historic aerial photographs as extant earthworks and was mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located at the east end of Akeley Village and centred at SP 71348 37607. Boundary is a continuation of another to the south that divides two areas of ridge and furrow earthworks. Modern land use is farm buildings and piles of rubble. (1-2)
