Description
A linear ditch of medieval/post medieval date is visible on historic aerial photographs as levelled earthworks and was/were mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located approximately 140m west of Potash Farm, Beachampton and centred at SP 77883 35661. Linear ditch runs between areas of ridge and furrow earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs. Modern arable land use and the construction of a pond have removed these earthworks; they might have been for drainage or used as a trackway. (1-2)
