Description

A circular macula of uncertain date and function is visible on aerial photographs as cropmarks and was mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located in a field on a south facing slope and centred at SP 64702 36830, a circular cropmark is about 20 metres in diameter. A very similar feature is located some 275 metres to the SE (1).
