Description

Former boundaries of medieval/post medieval date are visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as earthworks and were mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located on the east side of the road at Wood End, Little Horwood, and centred at SP 79505 30863. These boundaries are not shown historic mapping due to scale; they are on the edge of areas of ridge and furrow and to the rear of gardens and orchard plots shown on Epoch 1 mapping. (1-2)
