Description

Grade II. C19. Extends across garden from corner of entrance façade. Red brick with stone dressings. Brick piers at 6 ft centres, 3 with stone finials. Inset in wall, a gabled shelter of brick and stone with semicircular opening. Facing forecourt an arched entrance similar to the shelter and with wrought-iron gates. At end of wall, hexagonal aviary formerly with glazed pointed roof. Three sides open, each with 2 arches with central column with plain Romanesque-style capital (B4).
